मेंदू मृत स्थितीत विविध अवयय दान करता येतात परंतु एरवी नेत्र तसेच त्वचाही दान करता येते. त्वचादानाने भाजलेल्यांचा जीव वाचतो, नेत्रदानाने किमान २ दृष्टिहीन व्यक्तींना अमुल्य दृष्टी मिळू शकते.

It is significant that villagers too are coming forward for the noble cause of eye donation in good numbers.

Significant contribution from Sikh community.

3 day's eye donation camp was organised by the Sikh foundation , Northeast during the martyrdom day celebrations of 9th Sikh Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur at Dhuri on 8th Dec.2013 and 226 people pledged to donate their eyes. I think this is a significant contribution from Sikh community.
